Do you offer remote support services?
Yes we do, often we start with a phone call to discuss the problem and see if we can establish a remote connection.  Once connected we will review the scope of the work and expected time frame.
There are several options once we are connected, you can even leave if you need once we have what we need to perform the work.
 
How long will it take to repair my business computer?
This can be a complicated question but if your computer is booting into windows most repairs are about an hour or less.  If your computer is not booting into windows then additional steps and or onsite service may be required.
We often review the scope of the work before we start so there are no surprises and we can be on the same page.  We normally have spare business class computers on hand if your computer cannot be repaired in the time frame needed.
 
Can you provide onsite computer repair services for my business computer?
Yes often we can be onsite the same day or within 24 hours if you are in our 15 mile radius service area of 15108 PA (Coraopolis & Moon Township PA)
 
Will I lose any data if you work on my computer?
Our first question is if you have any valuable data on the computer, followed by is that data backed up somewhere?  After this we check the health of the drive to see if its stable and reliable to work on.  If the drive is of poor health we will stop and bring this to your attention.
Data integrity is the most important and our top concern.
